Return Policy:

If not satisfied with your purchase for any reason you have up to 30 days to return it for a full-refund. This is not applicable on hard-drives and apparel items.

Bags ordered with a hard-drive may be returned as long as the hard-drive is in its original packaging with the seal unbroken. Once the seal to the hard-drive packaging is broken, it is not returnable. Only the bag may be returned for a refund up to the value of the bag and power supply only.

Any unused, unwashed or defective merchandise may be returned for a full refund up to 30 days after the date shipped. Please note that the hangtags must still be attached to the product to be considered new. We will only refund products that are in new condition and sent back within the first 30 days from when the product was shipped. After 30 days, purchases are not returnable unless a warranty claim is being made.

Warranty Policy:

CO.ALITION lifetime warranty covers any manufacturing or material defects to the bags. CO.ALITION will NOT pay for the repair or replacement costs of products damaged due to negligence, abuse or normal wear and tear. For any warranty claims, please fill out a contact form on our website or e-mail info@co-alition.com BEFORE sending product back to us. Include a detailed description of the issue and please include pictures if possible. A representative will be in touch with you within 2 business days with further instructions on processing your claim.
